初級照護Primary Care
好的初級照護，讓民眾在對的時間、對的地方得到預防與照顧。Strong primary care brings prevention and care to the right place at the right time.
我們評估家庭醫師整合性照護計畫、論質計酬等制度設計，以及癌症篩檢與預防保健服務的利用與成效：制度是否真的提升照護連續性、降低不必要的就醫與死亡？哪些人沒有被篩檢涵蓋？ We evaluate how programme design — Taiwan's Family Doctor Plan, pay-for-performance and team incentives — shapes continuity of care and outcomes, and how cancer screening and preventive services are used and by whom.
